Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, List of Crew, and Discharge of Seamen) Regulations 1991 remain in force for all vessels including the following vessels, to which the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, does not apply:
- fishing vessels;
- ships of traditional build;
- warships or Naval auxiliaries; and
- vessels which are not ordinarily engaged in commercial activities
