Changes to Vessel Registration forms

As a quality flag we always look to make things simpler for our customers. We have redesigned some of our vessel registration forms to make them easier to complete and GDPR compliant. Those that have changed and that may be used now are:

  • MSF 4705 Rev 1118 Bill of Sale
  • MSF 4727 Rev 1118 Declaration of eligibility to register a Merchant of pleasure vessel on part 1 of the Register
  • MSF 4735 Rev 1118 Declaration of eligibility to register a bareboat charter ship
  • MSF 4736 Rev 1118 Mortgage of a vessel (account current / other obligation)
  • MSF 4737 Rev 1118 Mortgage of vessel to secure principle sum and interest
  • MSF 4738 Rev 1118 Application to register a bareboat charter vessel
  • MSF 4739 Rev 1118 Notice of mortgage intent
  • MSF 4741 Rev 1118 Application for a change of name and/or port of choice
  • MSF 4742 Rev 1118 Application for a duplicate certificate or registry
  • MSF 4743 Rev 1118 Builder’s certificate
