Bluewater

During the oral examination process, both Bluewater management and the OOW and Masters candidates found Reza Nosrati to be professional, well-prepared and very fair in his examination of candidates. He spent time helping them to better understand areas where they needed more study and preparation; and was encouraging to those who were not successful on this attempt. More importantly, Reza’s approach to his role appears to come from a perspective of wanting to be helpful and constructive. He is professional at all times, but very approachable and affable. We look forward to working with Reza in the future, and with our continued positive working relationship with the MCA. We appreciate the efforts being made to assist training centers in serving this very specific niche of the maritime industry.
