Thanks for going the extra mile

I would like to pass on my thanks, on behalf of our daughter Lucy to the Southampton Deck Team for the support given to her during her recent application. The valuable assistance given during three telephone calls and a number of emails to Lucy, established copies of the original documents held on board the vessel would be verified by the MCA’s course provider. Your work is highly valued. Lucy and all applicants are able to work towards further qualifications giving stature to the work of the MCA Deck team.
