Taking place in central London, on Monday 7 February, the premier black-tie event brings together maritime leaders and supporters to celebrate recent shipping achievements and champion the industry in the UK.
The last dinner in 2020 attracted around 800 influential guests across the sector, including HRH Duke of Cambridge, the Secretary of State for Transport, and the Shipping Minister.
Commenting on the partnership, Dan Vivian, Commercial Director at the UKSR, said:
“We’re proud to continue our support of the UK Chamber of Shipping by sponsoring their upcoming annual dinner. We are committed to remaining at the forefront of the maritime industry, driving innovation, and supporting the changing needs of shipping. We greatly look forward to attending the dinner in February and meeting with our industry colleagues. Their insights will aid us in further developing our offer, supporting 24/7/365 shipping across the globe.”
Welcoming the announcement, Tony Jerome, Head of Membership and Business Development at the UK Chamber of Shipping said:
“We have worked with the UK Ship Register on many events in the last few years and it is wonderful to carry on this successful partnership.
“The Annual Dinner is the industry leading event of its kind, and it will be wonderful to once again welcome industry leaders, politicians, and the whole of the shipping and maritime calendar to our Annual Dinner for a night of celebration.”
